What it is
Isolation joints prevent galvanic corrosion by electrically isolating pipeline sections. SGV supplies monolithic isolation joints and thermal insulation gasket kits.
Rated to ANSI 300-900, sizes 2"-48", dielectric strength >5kV, leak-proof factory welded construction per ASME B31.8. Includes insulating sleeves, washers and gaskets.
Essential for cathodic protection systems on cross-country pipelines and plant piping.
